Safety on the Road: Stage 4 Wraps Up with Prime TV Broadcast, Community Voices, and Winner Recognition

Safety on the Road: Stage 4 Wraps Up with Prime TV

The fourth stage of the Safety on the Road campaign by 1xBet, implemented in partnership with the NGO Safety for People on the Move, has officially come to an end.
Focused on road infrastructure gaps, Stage 4 highlighted an issue many Zambians face every day.

To reflect on the results and give space to real community voices, the project concluded with a 30-minute broadcast on Prime TV Zambia, bringing together organizers, experts, and the stage winners, featuring: Chifwesa (NGO Safety for People on the Move), Kafupi Muwana (1xBet Zambia), Magnate (1xBet Ambassador in Zambia) and Simon Kachasu (Stage 4 winner – 1st place).

1xBet: Responsibility Starts with Participation

Speaking on behalf of 1xBet, Kafupi Muwana emphasized that Safety on the Road is built on community involvement and shared responsibility.

Road safety is not just a topic for discussion. It is a matter of lives, families, and communities,” he said. “Every participant who took part in this initiative contributed their voice, creativity, and commitment to a cause that truly matters.”

During the broadcast, Kafupi officially announced the winners of the fourth stage:

  • 1st place: Simon Kachasu
  • 2nd place: Henry Chileshe
  • 3rd place: Noel Chisenga

According to him, the winners stood out not only for the quality of their participation, but for the strength of their messages.

You reminded us that responsibility on the road starts with awareness, respect, and care for one another,” Kafupi noted.

He also reaffirmed that Safety on the Road is a long-term initiative, running until February 2026 and beyond, reflecting 1xBet’s commitment to sustainable social impact in Zambia.

Magnate: Real Stories Change How We Think About Safety

As the campaign’s and 1xBet ambassador, Magnate focused on the importance of awareness, both on the road and beyond it.

Safety on the Road is about staying secure and aware, whether you are driving, walking, or making everyday choices,” he said. “1xBet is committed to promoting safe behavior through interactive activities and contests that educate and engage at the same time.”

Magnate stressed that real change happens when people connect with real experiences, not abstract messages. That is why the campaign highlights everyday stories and community voices.

During the broadcast, he also introduced 1xBalance, a 1xBet initiative focused on responsible gaming.

Responsible gaming might sound like a boring phrase, but 1xBalance makes it fun and practical,” Magnate explained. “It is about playing smarter, learning self-control, managing risks, and making decisions based on skills, not just luck.”

The project also has an educational platform 1xBalance.com. It serves as a practical resource and features informational articles, a Betting Style Quiz that helps users understand their playing style, and a betting calculator designed to support informed decision-making and risk management.

Magnate added that the 1xBalance website is already available in Zambia and is expected to expand across other African markets starting this January.

Meet the Stage 4 Winner: Simon Kachasu

One of the most meaningful moments of the broadcast was hearing directly from Simon Kachasu, the first-place winner, who joined the discussion in the studio.

Simon explained why the topic of infrastructure mattered to him personally:

Road infrastructure affects all of us every single day. Poor roads, lack of signs, and unsafe pedestrian areas put lives at risk, especially for children and elderly people. Safe roads are not a luxury. They are a necessity.

Winning the campaign, he said, has motivated him to keep speaking up and encouraging positive change in his community.

Looking Ahead

As Stage 4 comes to a close, Safety on the Road once again proved that meaningful change starts with conversation, education, and community engagement.

Through social media, television discussions, real stories, and public recognition, 1xBet continues to use its platform to promote responsibility. The campaign moves forward step by step, stage by stage, with one clear goal. To make Zambia’s roads safer for everyone.
